Based in Asheville NC, Katie has been planning events for the past decade. Before launching her wedding business she was a Director of Recruitment for a wealth management firm, where effective communication, detailed organization, and management of urgent deadlines was the daily norm.
A dedicated community member, Katie served as the Vice President of Fund Development for the Junior League of Asheville. Recently she led the charge in the design, coordination, and execution of their largest annual fundraising event, resulting in record-setting attendance and participation.
Katie is married to her husband of 7 years with an energetic and precocious 4-year-old daughter. A tireless romantic with an unquenchable curiosity, Katie loves to hike, travel, attend concerts, and make art.
